Designed by Randell Design Group and constructed by New Square Property, this exceptional waterfront residence seamlessly combines striking contemporary architecture with sustainable building technologies and carefully selected materials that complement its stunning natural surroundings. The impressive cantilevered design has been thoughtfully engineered to maximise panoramic waterside views, while the home also features a games room, gym, self-contained annexe, expansive swimming pool, and professionally landscaped grounds.
As part of the project, we supplied and installed Velfac® V200E triple-glazed windows, enhancing the home’s thermal performance, energy efficiency and contemporary aesthetic while framing the spectacular outlook.
