Working alongside Holmes Construction, we were proud to supply and install a bespoke package of Internorm triple-glazed timber-aluminium windows and doors for this stunning coastal extension. Designed to make the most of its spectacular surroundings, the glazing combines natural warmth on the inside with the durability and low maintenance of aluminium externally, delivering exceptional performance without compromising on style.
A standout feature of the project is the expansive automated lift-and-slide door, which effortlessly opens up the living space to the garden and uninterrupted sea views beyond. Its large glazed panels flood the interior with natural light while providing outstanding thermal insulation, security and ease of operation.
To further enhance the sense of space and brightness, we also installed a bespoke rooflight incorporating structural glass rafters. This elegant solution allows daylight to pour deep into the extension, creating a light-filled environment and offering uninterrupted views of the sky above. The combination of overhead glazing and floor-to-ceiling doors blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, making the most of the property’s enviable seaside setting.
The result is a contemporary extension that pairs cutting-edge glazing technology with timeless design, creating a comfortable, energy-efficient living space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
